WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY
Over 17 years, we've completed 500+ projects across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire — but don't just take our word for it. Here's what some of our customers have said about working with Grade A Joinery & Property Services.
"Grade A extended our kitchen and living space over 8 weeks. They kept us updated at every stage and the finish is better than we expected. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a project this size."
J. Thomson
Home Extension, Westhill
"We used Grade A for a full renovation of our downstairs — kitchen, living room, and hallway. One point of contact the whole way through, which made a huge difference versus managing trades ourselves. On budget and on time."
S. & M. Reid
Full Renovation, Cults
"Our garden office was built in under 4 weeks and it's genuinely usable year-round — properly insulated, not just a shed with a desk in it. Best decision we made working from home."
A. Buchan
Garden Room, Milltimber
"Second time we've used Grade A, this time for a loft conversion. Same standard as our extension a few years back — professional, tidy, and they explain things clearly before starting."
R. Michie
Loft Conversion, Bridge of Don
"What stood out was how clearly they explained the planning permission process before we even signed anything. No surprises during the build either — the quote matched what we actually paid."
L. Forbes
Home Extension, Ellon
"Excellent work on our garden room. Professional from the first visit to the final walkthrough. Highly recommend."
D. Ogilvie
Garden Room, Balmedie
